The market opened flat yesterday and remained range bound throughout the session as investors moved cautiously after rise in WPI nos. on fears that the apex bank may raise key rates at its meet tomorrow. The weak trend in Asian markets ahead of FOMC meet too weighed on the market sentiment. The Sensex closed flat at 20659 losing 56 points while the Nifty ended at 6154 with a loss of 13 points. The market breadth remained weak as 1135 shares advanced while 1366 shares declined.
